-The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, stay at home moms and dads, athletes of any age and sport and your average “Joe†ready to make a change. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
-The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our runners, skiers, mountain bike riders, housewives etc. have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Things to know before you come!
-WOD stands for workout of the day. Every day we post a different WOD
- Each new member will go through an elements course. This will be a one week three day course to ease you into the workouts and cover basic movements that we use in our program. The elements course can be done any three days of the week during any regular class time. Private sessions are available if need be. Once the course is completed you will be able to join the classes in our daily posted WOD. (Elements course will have a $25 charge. Once the course is completed the $25 charge will go towards your membership signup fee.)
- We are looking for committed individuals. By entering our CrossFit, you agree to give 100% of what you have. There are no excuses! Every day, every moment is an opportunity to excel, to be more and to achieve your best. Do not squander your time by going through the motions. Train Hard and get results. At the end of the day look in the mirror and ask yourself if you gave it your all.
-Here at CFSC we like to stay active within our local community as well the CrossFit community. So we are always looking for different races, challenges, fundraisers and competitions to stay involved and to keep our training goals in sight.
- We are not a Health Club! We do not have TV’s or magazines to watch or flip through while you “workoutâ€. We do not have any fancy dance classes and we certainly do not have any mirrors! This is CrossFit. What we do have is a motivated group of coaches and members, to help you achieve what you thought was the impossible.
