Member Challenge
CrossFit has about 12 to 15 stable workouts that are a good measure of one's fitness. Filthy Fifty, Fran, Fight Gone Bad, Helen, Cindy, etc. Once a month I will choose one of these workouts and we will complete the workout in the beginning of the month to get a base time. Then, we will repeat the workout at the end of the month to track progress. In between we will prepare for that challenge day, by incorporating movements from that particular workout in our warmups followed by completion of the posted WOD.
